TradeMarc Licensing Inc. is an independent licensing and brand consulting agency with experience developing strategic alliances for licensing and brand extension programs. 

As a full-service agency, we focus on strategic planning, product development, marketing integration, and retail execution for a diverse base of brands and properties. 

Our experienced and highly qualified team engages in a comprehensive approach to each project, and takes the time necessary to truly understand a brand. We are able to provide "out of the box" thinking, while maintaining the authenticity of a brand's core identity.

Marc Kaufman
CEO

Mr. Kaufman has been in the apparel, licensing, and brand management business for over 40 years. Throughout that time he has successfully managed both international and national brands. In the last twenty years, two of his strongest brand relationships have been with Jeep and Teflon brands. Such unusually lengthy relationships are testaments to Mr. Kaufman's commitment towards his clients' success.

Mr. Kaufman's licensing experience also includes Nascar and its top ten drivers, partnering with such companies as Miller Brewing Co., Budweiser, American Express, Penske, Chrysler, General Motors, and Ford Motor Group.

With his apparel experience, Mr. Kaufman has created private label branding programs for Sears Kmart, JC Penney, and Cabela's - to name a few.

Additionally, Mr. Kaufman represented prominent celebrity chef and restaurateur, Lidia Bastianich, and was successful in a joint venture with Compass Group, the world's largest food service company, in placing renowned Sarabeth's restaurants in various Lord & Taylor stores, as well as licensing for Sarabeth herself.


Elliot Schaeffer, Esq.
CFO

Mr. Schaeffer has been in practice for over 40 years, primarily in corporate and commercial law, with an emphasis on general corporate representation, including licensing, mergers and acquisitions, secured transactions, asset based and receivable financing, corporate buyouts, as well as representation of shareholders, directors and officers in relationship to their duties and rights in and to the corporation, employment agreements, and general corporate agreements.
 
Mr. Schaeffer’s experience also includes sophisticated real estate transactions including commercial leasing, purchase and sale of commercial property, real estate swaps and financing arrangements related thereto as well as extensive litigation experience in both State and Federal courts.
 
He served as Law Secretary to the Honorable Duncan S. McNabb in the Supreme Court, State of New York, worked in the DOJ, Anti-Trust Division, and has managed his own firm for over 40 years.


Lori Colón
VP

Ms. Colón is a born and bred
New York City girl. She has a background in the creative and performing arts, and graduated with honors from Columbia University with a degree in Psychology. The focus of Ms. Colón’s work previously centered on apparel, but she now skillfully and thoughtfully combines her passion for psychology and creativity in her marketing and branding efforts for TradeMarc’s clientele. With a keen eye and attention to detail, Ms. Colón has the ability to spot the latest trends in retail and online sales.

Michelle McLaughlin is a versatile marketing and retail executive with a strong track record of success in the areas of strategy, partnerships, retail development and brand extension. With over 20-years of experience she has worked for best-in-class companies including; The Licensing Company, Nickelodeon, Mattel and Warner Bros. McLaughlin has managed global strategy, marketing, channel marketing, partnerships or licensing for brands including; Scooby-Doo, SpongeBob, Dora The Explorer, Blue’s Clues, Jeep, Coca-Cola, Lysol, Veet, Hershey’s, Barbie, Welch’s, GE, Burger Kingand more. 
Most recently Michelle held executive positions at The Licensing Company (TLC) in North America and China managing all aspects of the business. 

Bob Traub has over 20 years of licensing experience. Bob has served senior roles in marketing, licensing and retail development with Marvel, Nickelodeon, BBC and Chorion where he has launched and nurtured some of the worlds largest entertainment brands.
Winner of 12 LIMA and industry awards, including nine for retail promotions and Target and Sears Vendor of the Year. Mostly recently Bob launched the licensing division of Established Brands, a retail development company focused on bringing exciting, innovative, merchandising strategies, ideas, and products to retail. Prior to his life in entertainment Bob spent 7-years at Nestle and left as Director of Sales.


Chris Flannery

Chris has an extensive background in sports, entertainment and commerce within the US, European and Latin American markets; helping global brands to maximize their IP rights and create new revenue streams. He has worked with iconic personalities such as Pelé, Neymar Jr. Frank Sinatra, Marilyn Monroe and Nelson Mandela and many leading brands.
Chris was part of the management team that helped conclude the historic intellectual property transaction to acquire, manage and preserve the legacy of the legendary Pelé, co-founding Legends 10 in 2011. Chris ran the day-to-day commercial operations of the company for 5 years, helping to develop a long-term strategic plan that the company executed to enhance and build the Pelé brand. Involved in all the contractual negotiations and commercial relationships for Pelé and the business organization with global companies such as VW, Banco Santander, P&G, Emirates Airline, Coca-Cola, Hublot , Stada, Subway and others; long term licensing and partnership contracts with Cacique/Café Pelé, Montegrappa, Halcyon Galleries; and commercial appearances globally in Africa, Asia (China, Japan and India), Europe, Latin & Central America, Middle East and SE Asia and Australia.  
For the past two years Chris has run a natural food supplement distribution business in Brazil that has built retail, wholesale, private label and direct to consumer points of sales on behalf of  major German and Japanese manufacturing  companies.
Chris previously spent over eight years as the COO and President of the Ripken Baseball Group – building the business platform for one of the USA’s legendary baseball stars Cal Ripken, Jr. Under his leadership the company expanded operations across the USA. Including professional team ownership; a property development & services company; plus the US’s leading youth baseball instructional camps and tournament destinations. Additionally, Chris helped establish and then served on the board of the Cal Ripken Sr. Foundation a 501©3 dedicated to helping disadvantaged youth that impacts the lives of more than 50.000 at risk youths annually.
With more than 25 years of executive management, marketing and business development skills internationally, Chris is originally from the UK and has lived and worked from the US for more than 20 years.
