ROBERT DAVIS, JR.
Rob is an innovative, resourceful, and dedicated executive with over thirty years of leadership and success in the retail and wholesale industries. Rob was a buyer at some of the top US retailers. In these roles, Rob balanced proven excellence in sales, account management, marketing, trend analysis, analytics and brand management. He has extensive experience in multi-channel retail, product development, sourcing, assortment planning/management, and visual merchandising.
Rob is currently co-owner of Beyond Borders MFG Group which specializes in the development, design and sourcing of apparel products from Mexico and Latin America to the U S market. Rob is also CEO of Deveraux Enterprise Group a sales, marketing and consulting company based in Chicago, IL.
Rob holds a B.S. in Finance from Metropolitan State University in St. Paul, MN.

Luis is an accomplished, innovative and dedicated merchant with 32 years of retail experience. He was a VP of Sales and Merchandising for 15 years and has Leadership in Men’s Ladies and Youth Private Brands and Business planning. As a VP of Sales and Merchandising Luis balanced, proven excellence in Sales, Account management, marketing, Trend analysis, sourcing, Brand management, Product development and influencing and negotiation.
Luis was a Buyer for some top US retailers and was a Regional Manager for 10 stores across Mexico.
Luis is also CEO of Tahlou Group a sales, marketing and consulting company based in Jackson MI.
Luis holds an associate degree in Business from the University of El Paso, TX.
Luis likes to play basketball and enjoy the outdoor activities with his 13- and 9-year-old daughters.

Keith Sanders |
Mr. Sanders has been in the Apparel decoration business for 38 years. Mr. Sanders provides experience in all areas of the industry and brings a reputation and client base that is unmatched by anyone else.
Prior to starting up his own facility Mr. Sanders served in various positions for some of the larger screen print / embroidery facilities in the USA . Positions held: Owner/President, VP of Operations/ Production and Sales, Director New Business Developments, Sales/Customer Service/Production Planning Manager, Plant Manager, Planning Staff engineer. In 2013 Keith Sanders designed and built his own state of the art screen printing facility providing screen printing, art services, packaging, warehousing and fulfillment services to the imprinted apparel market. His facility utilized all the newest techniques and fashion innovations. The facility was small enough to flex to its customer needs and large enough to handle high volume orders.
Mr. Sanders has provided screen printed and embroidery apparel for several major retail and sports licensing brands. Retail brands included: Tommy Hilfiger, Gap, Old Navy, Levi, Fubu, RP55, Sears, K-Mart, Mack Trucks, Jeep, Ford, Chevy, Dodge, Simply Southern, Hanes and ETC. Sports Licensing Brands: Nike, Adidas, Outerstuff, G-111, NASCAR, Fanatics, Retro Brands, Logo 7 and ETC.
Mr. Sanders attended Purdue University and still bleeds Gold and black for his beloved school.

Chris Flannery
Chris has an extensive background in sports, entertainment and commerce within the US, European and Latin American markets; helping global brands to maximize their IP rights and create new revenue streams. He has worked with iconic personalities such as Pelé, Neymar Jr. Frank Sinatra, Marilyn Monroe and Nelson Mandela and many leading brands.
Chris was part of the management team that helped conclude the historic intellectual property transaction to acquire, manage and preserve the legacy of the legendary Pelé, co-founding Legends 10 in 2011. Chris ran the day-to-day commercial operations of the company for 5 years, helping to develop a long-term strategic plan that the company executed to enhance and build the Pelé brand. Involved in all the contractual negotiations and commercial relationships for Pelé and the business organization with global companies such as VW, Banco Santander, P&G, Emirates Airline, Coca-Cola, Hublot , Stada, Subway and others; long term licensing and partnership contracts with Cacique/Café Pelé, Montegrappa, Halcyon Galleries; and commercial appearances globally in Africa, Asia (China, Japan and India), Europe, Latin & Central America, Middle East and SE Asia and Australia.
For the past two years Chris has run a natural food supplement distribution business in Brazil that has built retail, wholesale, private label and direct to consumer points of sales on behalf of major German and Japanese manufacturing companies.
Chris previously spent over eight years as the COO and President of the Ripken Baseball Group – building the business platform for one of the USA’s legendary baseball stars Cal Ripken, Jr. Under his leadership the company expanded operations across the USA. Including professional team ownership; a property development & services company; plus the US’s leading youth baseball instructional camps and tournament destinations. Additionally, Chris helped establish and then served on the board of the Cal Ripken Sr. Foundation a 501©3 dedicated to helping disadvantaged youth that impacts the lives of more than 50.000 at risk youths annually.
With more than 25 years of executive management, marketing and business development skills internationally, Chris is originally from the UK and has lived and worked from the US for more than 20 years.
